we had a comfortable stay as the room was spacious and clean. the hotel staff was very courteous and considered our request for early check at odd hours. they serve good food in breakfast and for dinner. it's conveniently located and at a walking distance from the main market road.

Very good service by staff and always cooperative. During the stay due to terrorist attack in pahalgam, throughout katra was closed but K.C residency owner himself helped us to get things and arranged himself. Too much down to earth person.
