very peaceful and pleasant property I would say...well maintained.. the host Adil 8s very helpful and always go that extra mile to help his guests.. if any body is looking for a houseboat stay should definitely try this out and you would not regret. also the market is five minutes walk if you need anything like daily necessities and food, although they also have inhouse food facilities. the boat is facing the beautiful and serene lake and attached to land from other side with a nice wooden bridge leading to a garden with beautiful flowers. i liked my stay here.. and would definitely recommend to someone who want calm and comfortable stay...unlike buzzy and chaotic dal lake.

It is an excellent houseboat , I stay at srinagar, Rooms were very clean and specious ,Our caretaker was very nice and polite,and we have enjoyed houseboat location,it was an amazing experience to live in a houseboat ,i will definitely recommend the stay here
