I am still staying in this Hotel and trust me I have never seen such poor Hotel, Service and lethargic staff anywhere. With this kind of service I won't even stay here for free. Today is the 1st day of the New Year and People have plans to visit places but there is no one at the reception till 8'O Clock in the morning. We literally have to wake them up to atleast receive the calls at the reception. But it seems nothing can bother them today. Staff abuses and slangs each other in front of their guests. The restaurant timings are 7 am-10pm but till now (08:30 am) restaurant is not even cleaned. God knows how they run this Hotel and why people come and stay. I really bow to ********* for acknowledging them as a 3 star Hotel. To me it is at par to 1 Star Hotel when it comes to one's overall satisfaction.

I would suggest goibibo owner and the hotel owner to spent a night in the same room along with wife using the same bed provided to the customers. please share your feelings after a night.I think they don't know the size of double bed and what height of mattress should be used in it.the service was very poor and breakfast was limited options.the name should be LAZY PALACE.

Please Don't Book This Hotel. I Have Booked This Hotel For 2 Person With Breakfast & Dinner. But They Charged Me 1420/- For Dinner. I Asked Them Why You Are Charging Me For Dinner, I Have Paid Already For Dinner. But They Told You Have Ordered The Food, So You Have To Pay. Manger is So Rude. Please Don't Book This Hotel.

Everything about the hotel is very good.Absolutely marvellous space management.Rooms are finely furnished.No less than BNR Chanakya.The service quality of wifi can be improved.Complementary breakfast is relishing.Recommended at Gostay or normal tariff also

service was very poor..no hot water (geyser was not working) in bathroom...room was very dirty.. room was filled with bad smell...bathroom was not clean.... This hotel star rating should be 1....plz don't book it other wise all your mood will get spoiled..

It was very worst experience there. Very rude management was there. Service provided by the hotel people are very poor. i went there with my ID card and all and they behave very rudely. Every thing was bad there. Pathetic behavior.

The place is good, with a convenient location that is not too far from the hustle bustle of MG road nor too near. Just appropriate. Plus Gangtok itself is a beautiful place , Doma Palace is the cherry on top!

Not worth paying such amount to there hotels.No proper parking.slow and bad service.Room bed was not comfortable according to size and shape as people go for comfort at hill stations.Breckfast was compromising.

I had visited over there on 16th June with my Wife & Daughter (2Yrs). Hotel is ok as compare to the Price. Rooms are not Specious & Bed also too small.
