Honesty speaking this was the bad experience ever at a hotel/apartment. This guy is the manager of the property here. Initially when you book and are done with payment he will call you and say that it's a nice apartment with home theatre and stuff. don't get fooled by his words. 1. The lashes of the bedroom and washroom do not close.2. The apartment was in a bad condition not cleaned.3. The AC was leaking, the entire room was filled with water.4. The washroom commode was broken.5. Not in a well maintained or proper condition.6. Electricity issues we stayed for one night that too without AC and the electricity went off for like 2-3 times.7. Home theatre does not work8. Wifi Does not workWhen i asked that i am facing these issues the manager- said you can check out at 10 am tomorrow if you have these issues I can't help it. Overall, the worst experience any guest could face. Don't get fooled by the pictures posted by these people. I have clicked these pictures the moment i checked in the apartment. The manager of the property is rude. There are far better options than this in the same price in Goa. Please look for them.

one of the worst experience ever all over the room and in kitchen cockroaches were there and the rooms were stinking very badly no proper maintenance of rooms and the persons in reception were very rude in the morning hours there was no water facility in the apartment bathrooms were bad over all experience was very bad please do not book this apartment at all you will suffer very badly.

It's an awesome property & is very well located very near to the beach area & market area as well so it's location was just perfect. The rooms & even all their services were very good as well, their food was great too. though they didn't provided complementary breakfast but it was fine. They provided many different facilities too like WiFi & parking was also there.

The accommodation is an old flat, with malfunctioning AC and a noticeable odor in the rooms. However, it can comfortably accommodate up to six people. There will be no response from the in charge until you reach there. For your Safety opt with insurance so you claim incase the flat isn't available or if they ask you extra money.

Stay was good, very near to Calangute & baga beach, you can reach very famous Calangute market by walk, 1.3 km to Tito's lane, room was quite good, 2-BHK apartment is suitable for 6 person, only thing is there to be pest control for crockroch, all securities camera installed in each floor very safe for all.

Its a nice and very affordable place to stay. All the daily required things are easily available outside the hotel also famous beaches of north goa are nearby. The staff is very good and helpful ππππ. Just go for it guys.

Worst experience, staff behaviour is very bad particularly that Manager, he don't know how to behave with guests. House keeping is very bad and Room service is nill. Swimming Pool is better to enjoy in that property.

The locality was really good and its a neat and clean accommodation. Nothing ordered to eat but yes there was kitchen available to cook yourself also. This places is nearby to the Baga and Calangute Beach.

Stay was comfortable and uninterrupted. It was a calm place to be also near to the beach. You can stay and cook here and save sone money too:) Rooms and the flat as a whole was clean and comfortable

Staff behaviour very good and supportive but quality of room is not so good.. bathrooms roof sealing totally damaged... Curtains are too old and too much cockroaches in the rooms and bathroom
