Hotel Maharaja Inn By Geetanjali Group of Hotels

I stayed in Maharaja Inn with family and it was indeed an pleasant experience for me and my family. I'm impressed with their hospitality. Though, it was a short trip but they made sure that our experience remains positive - - Maharaja Inn Check-in and check-out timings are 12.30 to 12 noon. Many hotels which I searched over internet has check-in and check-out policy of 2pm-12 noon.  Whereas, Maharaja Inn allowed us to check-in around 11.15 which was 45 minutes earlier than check-in time without uttering a single word. - Complimentary cab service from Hotel to Katra and Katra to Hotel was the best service which hotel provided to us. Cab was available to pick us in morning 5AM without any delay. - As prepaid mobile services are not available in J&K region, hotel staff provided us SIM at just 100 rupees to make sure that we can call without having any issues. - We requested for milk for kid and hotel staff provided best quality milk at very really reasonable rate. Just to give you an example how different their integrity from other hotels; We tried milk from the best branded restaurant like Sagar Ratna for which they charged us INR 52/- for 2 cups (208/pr liter) but milk was smelling and kid didn't drink it. - For one member, we had ID proof in the form of soft-copy which hotel staff accepted upon request. - Hotel and Rooms were very neat and clean. I was surprised to see that they are maintain ing decorum like 7-star hotels. - Triple sharing room was best fit for 3 adults and 1-kid. - Almirah was provided to keep our clothes and belongings safe. - Cab service from Hotel to Railway station was available at just INR 200. - Hotel staff was courteous and well-dressed. Every request was handled in the reasonable time. - They have tie-up with many e-commerce sites and did great job in retaining their brand value. I would like to thank you Maharaja Inn for their hospitality and services. Thank you!

JUST FANTASTIC..! It was one of the best times we have had. The hotel was cozy and situated right on the highway and was very accessible. Main Market was just 10 mins walk. One thing that is worth mentioning is their hospitality, right from the reception guy to the very last person that we met was a true gentlemen. The discipline and mannerism standrads surpases many 5 star property that i have visited. The room was just right. They had all the very basic amenities. It was neat, tidy & spot less (very pleasing) the room had a good view. Although it was freezing outside, they gave us with room heaters which were charged at a very nominal price of 200 rupees. The room service was prompt and very courtious, even in the middle of the night they served us, which was very surpirising as many hotels deny room service upfront after 9:30 PM. They even gave us a complimenraty transfers to the **** starting point and helped get the parchi at the hotel itself which was very convienient. We really enjoyed our stay and is a must recommend to anyone wanting to vist Maa Vaishno Devi Ji. Ambience. Hospitality. Food. Free treansfer service.

It was a very nice and fantastic experience staying in this hotel. the hotel staff was courteous, polite and honest. they provided the promised things. however, I would like to mention one thing that the management should suggest housekeeping section that they provide enough toiletries such as towels, brush etc. to the extent no. of guest. I hope to visit the same hotel again as the above mentioned issue can be resolved next time.over this is a very nice and splendid hotel and I recommend you stay in the same. thank to Maharaja inn and Goibibo to make the experience great. courteous behaviour of the staff... specially Jival Singh on reception.

This is my fourth visit to Vasinodevi (Katra) and I always prefer to stay in Hotel Maharaja because the hotel is the best in Katra never kept me and my family to wait for the room whenever I reached early they happily let me to check in to the room early. This time the room was different but same neat and clean with a big wide window where I used to get Morning sun rays on the bed. Neat towel, neat washroom and thanks to the all the hardworking hotel staff. Thank you everyone and thank you hotel Maharaja :0.
