I am Really very much pleased to stay at Manakamana Residency from 26th Sept to 28th Sept, 2016. I booked two standard rooms and my booking was upgraded to Delux rooms. View form our hotel's window was very much beautiful. Staffs are so much friendly and cooperative. Rooms are clean, supply of hot water (through greaser) is sufficient, quality of food, served in the hotel is also standard. Just one thing disappointed me, that while booking the hotel from goibibo, I found there is free wifi felicity in the hotel, but there was no such things. Overall I want to Rate this hotel 4.5 out of 5. Don't expect arrangements like 5 Star Hotel at this cost.

The hotel is located on Tung Soong road & you can reach there after crossing the pony stand right on Mall. Take the left lane & move down, after a couple of buildings, the hotel will be on your left. The rooms are very well maintained & each & every staff of the hotel is very helpful & corporative. The rooms with view offers a grand visual & are very clean. The bed was super comfortable. You can say it's on the upper part of Mall - the road is a bit sloppy & you will have to do an upward walk for reaching Mall but even if you walk very slow, it's a 3 mins walk max. all floors have wifi & security is also good. Go for this property.

I have very pleasant stay there... after the first day I have extended my stay for one more day because of the service I get from the hotel staffs and managers.. Only 3-4 minutes walking distance from Mall...Staffs are very helpful and well mannered... If one wants to take Bengali food I recommend that they must take the meal at the hotel itself as they're providing homelike food... overall I will give them 5 star...On my next visit to Darjeeling I will stay in this hotel only...

lt was awesome stay for 3 nights at Manakamana Hotel, Darjeeling. The location is very good near mall. Service and amenities are also good. The staffs are very helpful, especially the owner Samarbabu is very kind and active person who helped me in a difficult situation. Food they served was very tasty. l like to thank Samarbabu and his staffs for a nice stay at Darjeeling. Always recommended for a good stay.

Really the best budget hotel ever.. interms of location, food quality, service, rooms etc. The managar named Dipankar is so nice & helpful person & all the stuff. The hotel is nearer to Mall & the scenic beauty from the room is fabulous. I wish again to come to this hotel if i go to Darjeeling. Rgds, kuntal & Family.
