There is no difference between standard and super delux room, they told me we have only one type room and all are same, so why we pay more for it?????? no view from rooms, i asked for toilet soap, bath towel and mug for bucket then they make available in room.....

hotel was good staff behaviours are polite location is good but one problem I faced that is in bathroom they have to work room interior is good you can stay here maal road, hadimba temple is at 3 to 5 km and solang valley is at 15 km and rohtang pass is at 56 km

We had a very comfortable stay considering budget (24th June'17 to 27th June '17) in Hotel Manali Castle, Location of the hotel is almost opposite side across the river Beas of the Manali Mall and nearby local places of interest. Services of the staff is very quick and having decent behavior. Food is good. I wish to recommend those who prefer pleasant budget hotel stay in Manali with all the essential amenities. Most importantly the discount offered by booking this hotel through Goibibo is very attractive.

Pathetic experience. Very immature and irresponsible management and staff. The staff shouts and laughs even at 2 am. Not able to sleep due staff talking and laughing which is audible in room. Im worst booking till date. Stay away from this hotel, there are many in manali. TV stopped working after first day. room was very untidy and stinky. after first day I received a call from the manager which was saying that I have to leave the room because they have booked for someone else which we ended up ...more

Very bad hotel ,very bad beding , high level bad smell in room, tawal is in very bad condition, very bad kitchen service and very low quality of serving tea, rude behave by staff. I have book a room in this hotel for night stay but i leave the room within few time. NO RATING ....

Great location, neat and clean room,rooms are spacious with all the basic amenities.The best thing that makes this hotel such a good place to stay are the staff.All of the staff and hotel owner too are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. my stay was superb. I like the lawn area and we had bon fire at night. the owner of hotel is very caring with his helpful staff. he attended us with a great coffee even when we reached at 1 am. food was also good very homely environment.
