Excellent trip. The hotel stay was good. The staff members were humble and helpful. The food was good. The location is very pleasant and the road access towards the resort from the main road is very steep and narrow. we have to be very careful while driving the last 500 meters towards the resort. The Valley and Horizon villas doesn't have AC. Only the family resort has AC in it. So if you need AC and good view choose family resort. The Resort Manager Mr. Suresh and the associate Gokul was very kind and helpful. It would be better if they have a trip chart or a planner to distribute to the guests. This will help people who are coming for the first time to munnar to visit more places without looking for guides or other options. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the trip thoroughly. We enjoyed the whole trip and our stay in this resort.

we travelled there in october. a small rainy weather and mist makes a best ambience. this tea country resort is one of the best resorts I have stayed. Its location and the view makes it great ambience. good villas with two stories, worth for the money. good resturarnt and nice food. a bit expensive. no need to think about that much as we are not going to save money. what makes this resort special is their service and staff behaviour. they are really good and co operative. safe and happy stay. what I find a bit difficult is the steep road for some meters. not a challenge but be careful to drive in first gear only. I missed a pool there. but overall I enjoyed a lot with the stay in munnar tea country resort. Nothing!!!

We booked a horizon view room...it was quite a memorable experience from the time we landed. We were welcomed with garlands...felt like at home. Special mention to the warm and welcoming staffs. The property has excellent views of hills and valleys from the common areas. The view from the restaurant is amazing....the rooms are quiet spacious with required amenities and the service was quick....they gave us a choice of 4 paid channel activation which helped us engage kids while relaxing....the treak with Mr. Philip was a great experience. Overall we had a great time. Would love to be there once more. thank you team MTCT🙏 Hospitality of the staff from the GM to the housekeeping.

Amazing experience... The horizon villa gives out a perfect view of the valley... And love the resort hospitality.. The villa was a duplex, have a dining table... a garden outside villa, balcony.. Food is amazing tasteful delicious... We ordered malai kofta.. It was superb.. As a North Indian... You can expect the taste as punjabi taste.. Cost is absolutely fine.. Not expensive.. The kitchen is not at all expensive... They welcomed used with a tea... 😍 Privacy was atmost important and it was the best achieved here

Had a wonderful stay at MTCR. Excellent view from the balcony. The breakfast spread was good and the food was scrumptious. Very picturesque place with multi-hued flowers within the resort. Very courteous staff who attend to the smallest of needs. (Tea) plantation walk with Mr. Phillip (which comes with the package) is a must-do, as he shares his vast knowledge on the local flora. Would definitely recommend this resort to the nature lovers and to those who are looking to have a luxurious stay at Munnar.

Stayed in Horizon View Breathtaking view from the room. Location of the resort is really awesome except a small steep road (200mts) from highway, but not a difficult thing for a professional driver. Professional behavior of the employees throughout the resort is appreciatable one. Facilities are good including activity room for kids. Overall experience is great.

Awsome views from honeymoon suit..location of the hotel is perfect. Great ambiance and greenary. Good hospitality. Nice food but bit expensive. Road to the resort is steep and difficult to find from main road. Google map is not accurate for this resort better u call the resort and they will help you to get there.

Nice Resort with prime location and multiple facilities like kids playing zone, Dj night , Amphitheatre, Play Room..Mouth watering food ..and ofcourse the tracking with philip part was awesome..Friendly and helpful staff..Love to stay here again in future visit to munnar..Thanks

Amazing! the staffs were cordial and welcoming. they always had a smile on their face. the food was out of the world tasty. the perfection of it really amazed us. also be sure to go on a trek with Mr. Philip. You really dont want to miss that. We had the best time there.
