We booked 2 rooms from 18th to 20th May via Goibibo. On arrival, only one room matched the booking — the second was completely different. Despite multiple discussions with both Goibibo support and the resort manager for almost an hour, we were left waiting outside with our families and luggage. Very disappointing experience. Poor coordination between the app and hotel. Not recommended for families expecting a hassle-free stay.

The hotel is located on a hill facing Mt. Kanchenjunga with a beautiful garden. Rooms are good, and food is fine. However, the check-in process was very bad. we arrived at the hotel around 02:15pm which is past to checkin time. But we were told to wait for literally one hour as the room was not ready which is very bad. we lost that day for local sight seeing. it's location and garden. it's safe and the surroundings are good.

Location is good approx 1km from MG Marg Market. View from room is awesome. For me the only disappointment was food. Very limited options for breakfast as they don't have buffet breakfast. I have ordered dinner one day and it was a big disappointment. Although mg Marg Market is very close so one can easily have food at different eateries there.

It was a nice experience Best part, superb view of Kanchenjunga, valley and mountains. Rooms spacious and clean. Service was good. Lots of improvement required with the (inclusive) breakfast which was very limited and a bit late for those who need to leave early for sightseeing. Overall good experience. Thanks

Definitely recommended but the only drawback is that there is no housekeeping, no one in reception between 10 pm to 7 am. It’s a bit scary as in case of need one is dependent on other guests or call the manager .
