I had a very comfortable time here. Super friendly staff who helped me so much. As I was a foreigner in Sikkim, it was difficult to know what to do and where to go. They advised me and looked out for me. Very kind. The room was fine too. Nice rooms. Hot water shower. You can get a really lovely view for some rooms too. I took a cheaper room though. Location was good too. Mg Marg was only a 10 mins walk away. And the bus station is only under 5 mins. Just some points to make. One, a few minor stains on the bed (this is the norm in India unfortunately) Two, the phone wasn't working in my room. It kept ringing and waking me up when I was trying to sleep. I brought this to the attention of the staff. Overall really friendly hotel and heavily recommended.

The rooms are good, specially executive club rooms are really spacious. View from room is really nice. We could view Kanchanjangha from our room itself. You can get all essentials from shops just outside hotel. Mall is 10 min walking from hotel. Food was really nice, just like homely food. It's a pure veg hotel, but food quality was really good. Breakfast has many varieties. We had elderly people and kids with us. But staffs were really helpful and helped us wherever possible. Manager Soloman was a nice guy and always helpful. He introduced Mr Abinash who arranged cab for site seeing in reasonable price. Thanks hotel Ninamma for making our trip memorable. Definitely this hotel is worth recommending to others.

Check In: Very Easy. Rooms : Very clean, toilets are very good, Lenin are very good. Mountain View rooms are awesome. Very wide Windows. Staff: Mr. Sanjay was very good in behaviour. Room Service was awesome. very grounded staff. Very supportive for child requirements. Food: Very good quality food. Standard quality food like 3 star hotel. all days we had dinner in hotel only. charges are reasonable. Check Out: Very Easy. Location: Very near to MG Road (Mall Road). We reached by walking. it is near to Ranka taxi stop so we can get any location taxi very easily. If we will come to Gangtok in future then will stay here only. Thank you Ninamma Hotel for making my Sikkim Holiday one the best holidays.

Ninamma was home away from home with very courteous staff and good food. The rooms were having amazing view of football ground and snow clad pandim mountain range.. Especially in the morning the mountain range looked so amazing glowing in sun light. The cleanliness was at its best.

Brilliant stay..very cooperative and humble staff. Very neat and clean rooms. Daily room cleaning and rearranged when you were out for site seeing. If you want they will also plan your trip. Club rooms are great with Kanchanjhangha view from room if not cloudy.

Very comfortable stay with amazing views. The staff were very helpful, and provided everything we asked for quickly. They did not charge for water also. Food was good. Amenities were even better. Very near to SNT bus stand and 10 mins walk to MG Road.

nice hotels m g marg is very close in walking distance of 15 minute all texi and bus stand is near the hotel and room service and staff behivour is very good. I love to stay here 🥰
