Hotel O Sea Queen

Surrounding is very bad with terrible approach road. Away from main areas, commuting is problem every day. Beach is approachable during day. Not safe after sunset. No concept of cleanliness. No concept of management and hospitality. Maintenance of the room and bathroom is very bad. It is an oyo hotel but no signboard.  Room was not ready though provided arrival time. It was, very difficult to get towel and toilet kits from hotel. I booked a deluxe room but they offered me the classic room (small size). There is no restaurant, proper kitchen the hotel. Food is cooked in a temporary shade. There is no facility of serving good in the room as there is no table which can be used for dining. Avoid any vehicle booking through the hotel, they are only interested for money. They can't even provide any correct information about nearby tourist places. They insisted on checking out at 8.00 am. After check out, there is no place to wait or sit or keep your luggage. The place doesn't deserve any rating but forced to provide 1 star.

Poor service quality . We got out room around 09:30 , room was not ready. It's far away from swargadwar . Front road of the hotel is not good . 12 mints walk in distance from sea beach. Auto fair from hotel to swargadwar it's 80 - 100. Not recommended .

it was nice. hotel is a bit far from beach but ok. they have a weird rule, they provide one towel per room. we were two, although after requesting, they gave another one.

bed cover polithene make sound .Bed sheet always torn off from the bed.whole night no sleeping.overall other thing good.only bed polythyne problem.
