Omega residency near mall road

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Omega Residency in Darjeeling, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! Everything was smooth, warm, and welcoming from the moment we checked in. The Staff: The staff at Omega Residency deserve a special mention. They were incredibly courteous and attentive, always ensuring we were comfortable. Whether it was helping with our luggage, guiding us with local sightseeing tips, or serving meals with a smile, they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh every day. The bathrooms were well-maintained, with hot water available at all times—perfect after a chilly day of exploring the town. The common areas, including the lobby and dining space, were equally well-kept and inviting. The Food: The food here was another highlight. From a hearty breakfast to delicious local and continental dishes for dinner, every meal was a delight. The flavors were authentic, and everything was freshly prepared. Their thukpa and momos are a must-try! We also loved that the staff accommodated special dietary requests without hesitation. Ambiance and Location: The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Darjeeling, with stunning views of the hills right from the property. Waking up to the serene beauty of the mountains was a dream come true—all-time hot water in a city with a scarcity of water in general. Overall, Omega Residency made our Darjeeling trip unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place that combines such excellent service, cleanliness, and great food with a homely vibe. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Darjeeling—you won’t be disappointed!

We originally booked olive family room, but since we arrived early and the room was not ready, we were allotted the pine view room. In one word that room is excellent. And the most exciting part about the room is Kanchenjunga is visible from this room. The room is well furnished and very spacious. washroom is very big and clean. overall our stay was excellent. food is also very delicious. The only issue was there was no lift and had to climb up 5 floors every time. but they have a very good room service. overall we had an excellent stay.

Hotel was superb and everything was provided whatever they said. I would say luxurious facilities they are providing. The hotel staff and receptionist were very helpful, polite and quick response. Food prices were reasonable and food was very tasty. The room provided was superb and the cleaning was well maintained. My stay from 26-11-2024 to 29-11-2024 was amazing with Omega residency and I would highly recommend this hotel. In 3 Star rating they are providing 5 Star services. Thank you Omega Residency.

My stay at Omega Residency was a good Experience.Staff behavier was excellent..food was good( veg food).maple rooms are a bit small but clean and well maintained.Location is good...near to mall road..(3min alking distance)nice stay.. 4.0 I like the hotel..rooms are a bit smaller than expected..overall ratings is 4
