Hlw orsino team member, it was outstanding experience during my stay here. When I entered the hotel, it was smooth welcoming from frontdesk and the way they explain the hotel amenities, it was attractive. After entering the room, I feel very homely environment in the room, they placed fresh amenities and maintained the cleaning at the top level in the room. I went to the restaurant and it was top quality food and service was provided by Orion restaurant member and chef. Thank you for service and make my stay memorable in Orsino.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Darjeeling & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels in Darjeeling and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

One of the best & affordable resorts in Darjeeling, will surely come once more! Amazing service, good Wi-Fi speed.. beautiful interior. We booked the Heritage room and it was HUGE for such a cheap price! The food was also very delicious and parking is also available and it is so close to the Mall Road and the church! If you want to come and travel at Darjeeling, stay at this resort. Thank you Orsino ❤️❤️ Good food, service available at any time.

The location was very nice and near by mall road. The hotel had a great and cozy ambience. we stayed in heritage room which had ample of space and it was very neat. We had breakfast there and the taste really justified it's price. staff behaviour was also very professional and polite. overall it was a very pleasant stay and we'll look forward to have more stays there.
