Pros: 1.Room provided was very neat and clean. Bath room also very neat and clean 2.Spacious rooms. 3.Food was tasty and hygienic. 4.Hotel staffs were very much cooperative. On departure day, we left hotel at 6:30 Am. They were packed the complementary breakfast as per our request. Cons: 1.Far away from MG Marg.One have to spend minimum Rs 500 for up and down to visit MG MARG. 2.There is no other options available nearby for foods. You have to go to MG MARG if you want to try other options. 3.Food options are very limited. Over all a very nice stay.

The experience was so good.I would recommend people to come here and experience a great vacation.The Hotel Manager, Mr.Eric was very friendly and helpful, which helped us enjoy our Vacation so easily and in a very peaceful way.Eric arranged our Sight-Seeing in a very comfortable way and the price was so reasonable.Perfect Quality time.. very good hotel..little far from M G marg one have to take taxi..but taxi are available in front of hotel. Rooms are very spacious with hill view at a very reasonable price. all staff are corporative. would like to thank G m of the hotel Mr Erik he supported us very much.. very well behaved definitely will stay this hotel again whenever we come to GANGTOK again.

We had booked Standard rooms but fortunately due to availability of delux premium rooms receptionist offered us those with no extra charges. Rooms were neat and clean. The restaurant food was tasty with reasonable costing. All stuff were good. Roshan assisted us very well. He is polite and patient. Would surely recommend this hotel.

We had booked Standard room no. 305 from 19.04.2022 to 23.04.2022... Hotel was well managed... very neat and clean rooms and bathrooms... Staffs are very cooperative... Rs. 150 to 200 taxi fare for MG Road... Will again book this hotel in my next visit... Very safe and good hotel for family...

comfy rooms with beautiful interiors and especially the food.They prepare food from scratch,they doesn't have stocked or prepared food . They make it fresh for you. Just give them order 30 to 40 min before your desired meal time.

The staff are well behaved. Our experience was very good. Comfortable stay, Deluxe room was very spacious. The roof top restaurant has a nice view with decent food choices. The hotel is equipped with wifi.
