The breakfast was horrible with very limited option and tasteless. The masala tea ordered in the room tasted good, however the same tea during the breakfast was horrible. It appears they take the complimentary breakfast totally free and hence, lower its quality. No mindfulness shown to understand the room with breakfast was charged more and is not free. Cities like Sikkim and Darjeeling are colder comparative to other cities like Siliguri, but AC to heat the room is not considered as a basic ameniety. As AC to cool the rooms in Siliguri is a basic amenity, so should be the basic amenity in Silkim hotels to heat the rooms. On request a blower was provided which they charged an extra 300 Indian Rupees, which makes no sense. Even if one is booking the suite room and the room has no basic amenities like AC, Refrigerator, good food, then it is just not worth it. Q Saina, The Cosmos, Gangtok, needs to improvise a lot both in customer service and few basic amenities.

Stayed for one night night. Location of the hotel is very good, just 2 mins walk from MG Marg and car can go till hotel door. Room was of decent size but bathroom was small and stinking. Just after entering the room noticed foot mark in floor, room service told me it's a permanent mark (odd!!). Room was nicely renovated but bathroom had the clear sign of age. Breakfast was decent with multiple items (remember this is a full veg hotel, but several nice restaurants nearby).

The bathroom is very small,hot water not available there not available any place for hold bathsoap drainage of bathroom is blocked and the comparison of price than room is not justified.breakfast is ok but in dinner time there is limited food item available.tandoori item,thali and starter item not available only rice item roti and limited sabji item available

very good experience. can't go wrong by booking this hotel. this is just beside MG marg. if some one looking to book a hotel near MG marg, this is simply the best choice. clean rooms, courteous staff, taxis can pick and drop at the hotel door step and this is not common in Gangtok. Food is also good

Room Is Very Good and Spacious, Bathroom Is Also Very Clean. 24x7 Hot Water, Hair Dryer, Slippers, Tea Coffee Maker everything is present in the room. Spacious Room, Clean Bathroom, Couple Seat Arrangements For In Room Dinning . And Hair Dryer For My Partner.
