this is a guest house but the service and specially deluxe room are worth the affordable segment price. the food quality is good of the restuarant of queen of queens at pocket friendly price. the staff is helpful as one day we came late from the tour and restuarant was closed but the staff arranged for food delivery from calanguate hotel. only the issue faced was hot water. the best part of hotel is it is situated near to tivida waddo beach which is one the most peaceful beach.

Nice hotel ' very good hospitality, very friendly staff , Calangute beach working 5 mint ' fabulous hotel i love it out sort stay Budget property with AC rooms, perfect place for Vacation. Walkable distance to Calangute beach. Received complimentary breakfast and strong wifi. Room boys were helpful and suggested food to opt for. Receptionist guided us to explore around some hidden places which was quiet an arventure.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property with my friends. Didn't face any problem regarding hospitality and services. No dinning option and location was not in highway area but still convenient. All in all value for money stay.

Everything is up to the mark ,if you are looking for a room near calangute then you must consider this one of the option .Very safe place ,great staff,2 mins walking distance from the beach

Best budget stay in calangute. The staff was so polite and gave us what ever we wanted. Room and washroom were well maintained. The best part of the stay is the beach at just 100 mtrs.

I was so happy to have found this place on goibibo neat n clean guest house that faces the beach. Decent and we'll maintain guest house unlike others. I loved it.
