It's all about to manipulate the customers. ..rooms are completely different as they shown. Service is completely bad. Smelly blankets. Strongly i won't recommend this hotel.

The only reason I would have recommended this hotel was because of its location. It's situated right near the market which is good. Apart from that the staff is rude and the amount they charge for the room is exorbitant. The hotel facade is flimsy and it looks shady from outside. There are frankly better options in Mahabaleshwar which you can choose from.

the worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. staff is rude, No importance for customers. unhygenic place unhygenic rooms. i asked for towel in morning while checkin i did not get the towel till next day even while checkout and the reason given was laundry nahi aiya. i asked for plates and spoon i got is 1 hr after i asked for and that so dirty that i did not even use them u can see the condition of plates in pic. no parking space. making fools of customers. personally i will never suggest the h ...more

WORST EXPERIENCE !! Guys be sure in your mind if you’re booking this hotel it’s pathetic. 1 . Room service is very slow and almost nill you have to keep calling on reception but they will give no response 2. Light goes in every half an hour abd they even don’t change room for that. 3. Checkout time is 8am that’s horrible. I haven’t seen a hotel in India with such odd time. 4. They don’t have complimentary breakfast ready by 8.15 am and they have kept 8am checkout. PATHETIC 5 . Hotel staff is very illiterate.

Lodging is called Rahi Plazza & Restaurant is Rahi Hotel. It has 2 entrances from 2 parallel roads. Good for location, spacious rooms and bathtub as special attraction. Cleanliness just above average. Food - average.
