The stay was excellent, specially service pickup and drop. what they promised they give we came down from mandir midnight 12.30 but driver come to pickup us. the hotel will save your 400-500 of locally transport. also give hot water for drink from RO n food is good also affordable. room quality is good sufficient space bathroom also big only there is no bathroom amenities only soap n 2 towel provided but in this cost it is very good. u can try with family station is 10 min away same as mandir entry.

Hotel was awesome.Hotel staffs were very nice.Free Cab services from railway station pick and drop as well as pick and drop from Banganga.Food was also awesome in restaurant in it.Everything was so good.I would recommend to go for it.Room were spacious.I had booked 2 deluxe AC rooms.They had given me early checking as well.All services were available on call from your room.Jai Mata Di.

1. Best staff I have ever met 2. Best pick up and drop service from Katra Bus stand and check post of Banganga to hotel (24 hours available) 3. Good environment for family 4. Food is simple (variety is limited) and tasty,best thing is they serve tava roti 5. Neat and clean rooms 6. All basic amenities are available (apart from slippers) 7. Overall a very good hotel in this range

I had a great stay at Rakhee Palace in Katra, conveniently located near the Vaishno Devi Temple. The hospitality was outstanding—staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The food was delicious, with every dish full of flavor and freshly prepared. The rooms were clean, I’d highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and tasty cuisine!

I have stayed in many hotels of Katra but the staff at the Rakhee Palace is the most polite and helpful. The guy at the reception, the chef, the restaurant manager everyone made sure that the experience we receive should be the best. Must try Kadhai paneer. Highly recommend hotel for their staff.

experience was really nice. we were provided pick up facility from railway station, though we reached one dat before our hotel booking. rooms are spacious. washrooms were neat and clean. Extra mattress and blanket were also provided on request. overall very good experience.
