Manager and other staffs are helpful. This is a budget category place ideal for couple of days stay. Mg Marg is within walking distance, although there is a steep climb of around 50 meters and innumerous stairs. This hotel along with some other hotels in that line are unfortunate as a big shopping mall was built just in front of them. So, the entrance was within parking area of the mall. If you want a plain simple budget hotel, then this is ideal for you..They can ofcourse improve little in areas like customer amenities. A pair of sleeper and electric kettle was much needed. We did not faced any difficulty with hot bath water. Geyser was running 24x7.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Renam. My personal opinion is that this is one of the best hotels in Gangtok. All rooms of the hotel are neat and clean. Bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. The manager of the hotel is so gentle and helpful person. other staffs are also well behaved and their services are outstanding. Food is also delicious and they also provide best quality meal at reasonable rates. Location is also favourable, 2 mins walking distance from MG Market.

The Hotel Renam is very nice and its Location is near to MG Merg Road. The Hotel Staff are very polite and well behaved. Specially Hotel Manager behaviour is very good. Foods are also very tasty and delicious. I have very nice and pleasant stay here at this Hotel with my Family. Thank you so much Goibibo.

i had a great experience with the hotel renam. very close to mg marg just at walking distance. room was very neat and clean. staff was very nice and well behaved specialy mr. vikram singh who treat us very well. food was also teasty. i would suggest to stay here if you are planing to vist gangtok.

Pros. 1.Rooms are neat and clean. 2.Staff Behaviors is also Polite. 3.Nice view from top floor. 4. Near to MG Marg(Ranka Taxi Stand). Only 5 minutes walk Cons. 1.Wifi not available 2. Food quality is okay but price is too high Privacy is maintained throughout our trip.

Really good and clean. There were toiletries given. Got hot water. The hotel staff waited on road to lead us in at night, and multiple follow ups regarding checkup. Really good service. Would recommend. Also mountain view from terrace was icing on the cake

It was a great experience, in this hotel, but there was no WiFi because of some construction is going on in front. It's a budget hotel, if you are a budget traveler then this one is for you!! Well, less cost and great memories.

Very good experience, neat and clean rooms, near Mg marg, good hotel staff. You can view kanchenjunga from roof top. Just next to taxi stand. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay.
