Nice location. Biker's paradise. Very courteous staff. Rooms are well furnished with all necessary facilities. One of the better hotels in Gangtok. Friendly, accommodative and well maintained environment

I have booked two room in this hotel for my uncle and his family. They were satisfied with the booking. My cousin told me that the rooms were spacious with a beautiful mountain view. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Although my stay was pleasant, I would have appreciated the availability of staff during odd hours and longer operating hours for the restaurants. It would be helpful if these details were provided during the booking process. Additionally, it is important for guests to have clear and accurate pictures of the accommodations when making a reservation. The staff's friendly smiles were greatly appreciated and contributed to our overall satisfaction during our travel experience.

Wonderful experience!! The room was spacious with a breathtaking view of the valley. You can even catch sight of Ranka from the balcony. The staff members were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Suuong is the go-to person for bike rentals, permits, and crafting your itinerary. Loved the hospitality!!

Rooms are clean. Food is a little underwhelming. All women staff is peculiar and interesting. A little overpriced and somewhat far from the city. But that has its own perks.
