Very very poor service. It's not clean. We have booked super deluxe room for 3. They don't give you extra bed. They will just give you mattress on put on floor. You can see Cockroaches roaming around the floor. Plus food is very bad, Taste - Very poor Service - Very poor Hygiene - Pathetic (Dinning area and overall hotel was very dirty) Not so welcoming, service is very poor. And hygiene is pathetic.

Absolutely Fantastic hotel, Memorable moments that I have spent in Aksa Hotel Srinagar, Each and everything was up to the Mark, like Rooms are very neat and clean Food was So delicious, Staff aksa Cooperative and Helpful particular Manager Mr Jahangir.

Absolutely amazing stay at hotel Aksa Srinagar... The rooms are very neat and clean and the food delicious . Staff is also Cooperative and the helping hand location is Good...

Very good hotel rooms are clean & spacious, staff is very cooperative specially imtiaz bhai he is great human being day ago on Very nice place to stay in Srinagar. Location is in main centre of city and staff is very polite and service is very good

very nice and good property...i was not expecting from the hotel, i read reviews before I decided to stay at hotel aksa srinagar, ther is nothing like that.. everything was very mind-blowing, like food, Rooms, neat and deep clean, staff highly cooperative and helpful...i recommend to visit hotel aksa srinagar once..... Pathetic experience. The delux room booked for 3800 after discount was more like a store room converted to room. The manager did not even bother keeping a water bottle in the room. No extension number in the room I had to walk all the way to manager everytime I needed something. The helper staff was good but the manager on the reception desk seemed not interested in us at all. I booked this hotel coz I trusted go certified stays but not from now on.
