Houseboat was good and clean.. Very good hospitality. Anarkali manager Asif was very helpful .. He even get us booked a taxi for complete trip and that was a great help.

Owner of this Houseboat is so greedy person.On name of breakfast they ******to all customers.No Wifi.No Tv neither in Room nor in common room.they never recharge cable. Everything I paid Rs 50 for crossing Dal lake. This lake is useless no professionalism just passing time.they are not bothered for their reputation.

the owner cheated us.. he gave us another low quality houseboat in which bathroom doors also never close. The houseboat was in nigeen lake far away from the city and market. He says he had 2 bookings for the same room which was hard to believe.
.Very unpleasant stay at the other houseboat.. Do confirm your stay with the owner next time anyone visits...!

It has got nice location and despite being on the busy Dal Lake, there isnt too much fuss. The only drawback was their menu, which was very limited and only at the last moment I came to know that inorder to get chicken dish in dinner, I had to inform in advance. Otherwise its a good place with nice people.

Superb location! Everything with this houseboat is super awesome! Staff is very polite! Homely food, king sized rooms, provided electric blankets! will recommend it 100%

ITS A VERY NICE HOUSEBOAT REALLY LIKED IT. ABOUT AEMENITIES IF I SAY IT WAS OK,ONE COMMON TV,NO HEATER, NO CATTLE BUT OVERALL IT WAS A NICE HOUSEBOAT TO STAY.INTERIOR OF HOUSEBOAT WAS REALLY GOOD LOOK LIKE A MAHAL.
