Very poor quality of food. i just ordered fried rice and matar paneer. Both are salty poor taste and definately not fresh. Room average but not clean for long time. Construction work going on at other side. Noise disturbing. Horrible experience.Never visit again.

pros :
1. spacious room for the rent
2. silent room
3. very near to markets, railway station and state bus and taxi stands.
4. speedy wifi internet
5. good hospitality
cons :
1. no kettle kept in room for warming up water.
2. no a single chair in the room to sit and rest

The hotel is good. The location is very good. Mall road is near. But the manager is not co-operative for customers. He is not interested in communicating how to reach the hotel even if we make calls again and again

When I saw the pictures during the time of booking they showed good rooms and most of the pictures in the app are deluxe rooms which are owned by SBI for a period of time only for the SBI guests but when I checked-in to the hotel they provided with this room, though the room size is big and have attached washroom but the curtains are very dirty, no carpet, dirty floor, no lights, dirty chairs, nasty smell inside the room etc etc later after a long discussion with the hotel manager they changed ...more

worst stay ever!
rooms were dirty,no toiletries provided,no room service,did not cleaned room for two days,no room cleaning services, location is far away from Mall road,
hotel manager was so so rude and non cooperative,whole hotel was empty no guests were there still he did not allowed use to check in half hour early,we reached at 11.30 ,and check in time was 12 ,he did not gave room,
at 12.05 he gave the room that to in basement where no ventilation and no lift available, we had to climb 3 flo ...more
