The only redeeming quality of this place is its location, with a waterfall situated right beside the property. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff, from the receptionist to the manager and the restaurant manager. During our two-night stay, we encountered several issues. Despite multiple requests, we were not allowed to use the pool, being told it was closed.
