when we were Booking it we told them to change the room it was canjusted and then they gave the new room which was also canjusted but there was Ac atleast that we have asked.The experience we had there was horrible the food was horrible and not well cooked and seasoned the room we got was not that special and bathroom was very slippy that someone might trip and fall the bed was very small that we had to get a mattress to sleep on the floor ant lift was not working so we had to go though the stairs to 2nd Floor.

Except for the location nothing is good, Service is pathetic as is food. Paying for breakfast is a loss as there is no option to choose from. If you take room with balcony then you will find some good Mountains views. proper room toiletries are not provided. Overall service and hygiene of the hotel is poor. Not recommended

The room is good but the room service is extremely horrible. The intercom is not working. No one received the call. The restaurant has many items as per the menu chart but most of the foods are not available. The bathroom shower is not working properly. Hotel management should be focused on room service facilities and also should be focused on whether all amenities are provided or not ?

No tv. No intercom.....no food in restaurant.....2 girls in restaurant service were surprisingly RUDE....manager could not handle the crew as well as angry customers ...fights between manager and customers late night at 12...as well as in morning...free buffet was horrible as states by fellow tourists......hotel has lot of potential tial.. but is manages HORIBBILY

i thought hungry jack is good stay & maintained hygiene but not at all iam totally upset with the services been provided, i have booked the room including breakfast and lunch/Dinner i had dinner they informed me buffet was available but they provide limited meals i asked for non-veg and they sent an egg in the name of non-vegetarian i would have booked only room if this kind of food was being provided in the name of buffet and in room there wasn't no working Tv or any soap or shampoo in bathroo ...more

There is nothing other than location . Toilet is very small, there is no toiletries , lift not working, intercom not working , Food is expensive. Room rent is higher against service quality.

The hotel and room are in a prime location, Just 2 minutes to MG marg.
