So I booked my stay for 12th night after my arrival in Sikkim but my phone got stolen on the way. But Sumiran and his staff helped me, a solo traveller 1200 km away from home, so much that all of the 5 days I had of my trip will be cherished for life. Even in the darkest of times, I had the fellow travellers in the hostel to enjoy the scenic views from the hostel balcony, the delicious food made by the in-hostel mini cafe and especially the two lovely munchkins - Sunshine and Moonlight. The services and the facilities was pretty good. The caretaker's behavior was also good. I had breakfast in this property which was also good in quality. It was difficult to locate the property.

The location is really far from Gangtok town if you wanna walk, and not really accessible (you need to go inside and up the stairs not just a few of them) also there is no sign on the main road to locate it. However if you walk for 10 min then there is a taxi stand that takes you to town for 20 Rupees. The room and the bed was clean and tidy but stuffy, damp and dark. Very nice place, amazing host. Location is amazing. All types food is available in kitchen, you can even cook on your own. Lovely experience, preffered for solo and mixed group travellers. Separate male and female dormatary is there, easy for mixed group of friends. Small Restaurant above is amazing, you can even cook for yourself.
