Not worth at all.
Room is not at all maintained.
There is no WIFI even though it is mentiond.
Poor room service, need to do rigorous chasing.
Will face network issue hence cannot contact anyone.
Will get to use TV but only free channel which is not going to help.
Its worth to pay more somewhere else and get all the benefits.

So i booked this on 07/04/23 for delux room costing ₹3650/-
And when i reached hotel the receptionist told me how ur booking is confirmed as all rooms are sold out. So i told fine then please cancel my booking me give me refund he told sir its not possible to cancel from our end please cancel from your end. I told this is non refundable if i cancel i wont get refund. After standing there for 15-20 mins as i was tired he told me sir dont worry one room is availabe as receptionist lied me. The r ...more

very rude behaviour of staf and very dirty rooms washroom dosent have soap and towel and not clean properly and very bad smelling washrooms all the waiter were very rude they are always ready to argue and same with managereven this hotel dosent have resturant facilitiyand the air conditioner are also not warking yes 👍 if you are going with family kindly avoide this hotel if you don't need headache

Decent hotel.
Mid of the town.
Spacious and clean room and washroom.
Only one negative point, they don't have a kitchen.
Even tea has to be ordered from outside.

A pathetic hotel, It should be charged 1/10 of its price.
There are lots of issues with this hotel.
Cockroaches on the bed
Room door lock broken
washroom dirty ,no exhaust.
Not to mention rude behaviour
Parking not available, on phone they mentioned they have parking but on visit they asked us to park at a paid parking distant from hotel

my experience with this hotel is not positive. The things I experienced were worst. Firstly the staff is not polite and the service in this hotel is very poor it takes them an hour to do as directed, also in the beginning they allotted us an room where ac wasn't working and when we discussed this problem with them they use to rudely reply that it takes at least 30 mins for an air conditioner to work, we also have an ac at our home and we know how much time it takes! the staff misbehaves a lot bu ...more
