Selecting this hotel for a vacation was a mistake.
Room quality was really poor, wallpapers were torn and hanging in the corner, the bedsheet provided for the baby had yellow stains, thank God we brought our own bedsheet for the baby just in case. The room door was the worst, it was broken and a guy mistakenly broke into our room while we were in the room. He apologized hence we did not complain, but still its hotels responsibility to provide safe space to the guest.

Excellent place to stay. Very neat and clean. Hotel complex is very good. Good food. Staff is very cooperative and polite and takes prompt action on your complaint. I highly recommend this place to relax and chill with your family.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Best place I had visited in recent times. Staff was friendly. Location is very peaceful. Away from the crowd. They provided early check-in without any extra charge. Food was good. Thanks, Team Blue park nature's resort
