The food quality is poor, and the geyser isn't available 24 hours. It only works in the morning, and for the rest of the day, you need to request it to be turned on for a limited time.

the room with balcony was provided. it has a splendid view. and the room was cosy and warm even though it was very cold outside. overall it was a pleasant stay at broadway. infact it is our 8th yearly visit to darjeeling and our 6th stay at broadway. we always prefer this hotel over others.

The staff was very friendly. Service was prompt. The location of the hotel is very close to Darjeeling Mall market. The bathroom was very spacious and the bed was cozy. As a family, they take care of your needs very well.

Rooms are quite spacious. Bathroom is neat and clean. Staffs are responsive. Location is also proper, near clock tower and few mins walk from Mall road.

i want to below one star. they totally hide the entrance part. 80 stairs to reach to your room and this location iss not suitable for drop and pickup, have to walk 5 min downwards every time to pickup car. do not book any hotel in this road

Rooms are like a hut, no electric kettle provided in this cold weather, rude staff.. Only one good thing is the manager provided side seeing vehicle for a normal rate. I will not prefer this hotel... Rate also too high

1. Despite reaching the hotel late, we are asked to wait for more than 20 mins.2. As soon as I entered the room the attendants confirmed me that the rooms were cleaned but I showed them the dirt's and littering around corner of beds, even curly hairs of previous tourist-er were wrangling on bed.Even the bed sheet, pillow cover, and quilt cover were not replaced.
