Very very wrost experience I have ever had. we waited there for atleast 4 hours for check in but they continuously denied that they couldn't allow to check in. ultimately succeed to check in but after the dinner on the first day they demanded 4500 rupees and when we denied they very badly quarreled with us at almost 11 pm.to 12. 30 pm.This was the height of disgustness.We went there for tour not for quarrelling. MG MARG IS VERY FAR AWAY FROM HOTEL.... .EVEN THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR. ROOM IS NOT MAINTAINED.

The hotel was good with all basic amenities.The condition of the hotel was also good.The geyser was working good and the wifi speed was also good.The behaviour of the attandants was not sober.The room size is also very small.Overall it is a good stay.The only major con is the location.You have to climb high up to reach the taxi stand and mg marg.It takes about 15-20mins to reach.Its a very difficult road.You have to do a trekking to reach Mg marg.The food is a bit expensive.Another thing that yo ...more

hotel is good 👍 near to mg market but far from bus station gangtok.. staff is avg and food 🍴🍕🍔 is not so good... and also not allowed to go in Terri's..

they are not providing food as because chef is in leave we have to go every day out side taking taxi costing 400.they are providing only bread omlet and tea in complementary breakfast. even they were chnge towel and drinking water in time. over all experiences is very bad. and also this hotel is not for couple in my view.

the hotel is very good. the room and bathroom is very clean. the hotel is bit difficult to find as the map don't show properly. only negative is the TV did not have set up box

Rooms are available at much cheaper rate than what I paid. The staff is not professionally trained to cater the need of guest. Food quality is also not good.
