Room service is not at all good, the intercom facility doesn't work properly.
Toiletries were not available in the washroom had to ask for that multiple times after that I got that.

Service is not well, No Welcome drink served. Refuser Late check out where as rooms as well as hotel was totally vacant, for an hour of extension they are ready to charge.
As usual not having any such speciality

"This hotel is overpriced for what it offers. They charge premium rates, but the service and amenities are far from luxurious. It felt like we paid for a 4-star experience and got a 1-star stay instead!"

Service is very prompt and excellent. Breakfast options are good. The restaurant is near empty in the night, from the looks it seems most boarders are eating dinner elsewhere. The reception and the main new annex where we stayed are in 2 different locations - across the road. The rooms - premium hill view - are too small.
Housekeeping is very good. Location is very close to the mall road and convenient. There is no front space in the hotel, so no chance to walk around... even to get into your ca ...more

Lovely stay and the staff is also good but the only issue we faced is Water Supply stopped in the morning post that the reception kept calling for check out every half an hour without understanding their own fault.

The premium with view and balcony is in new block. but room size is small.So when we asked to change the room to larger room in their old building,they agreed and a super deluxe spacious room was provided to us without any additional cost.The food quality was also good be it the the complimentary breakfast as well as alacarte order.Thankyou
