Rooms r teribble, bathroom is not clean at all.. geasure r not working and there is no fan too.. the breakfast is so bad,few varities r there and tea is bad too..it will spoil your morning..if you want to spoil your trip than book this hotel ..don't waste your hard money on this hotel.

Good hotel, with rooms facing the valley and Mt. Kanchenjunga, beautiful view to see when you wake up.
Very nicely done up rooms, very modern. Good breakfast, and parking space, taxi easily available at very low cost, as taxi stand is opposite the hotel. Staff team cooperative, they upgraded our room on request. Good location, casino nearby.
Good memorable holiday.

Worst hotel of my life I will never recommend any one dirty commode dirty floor. Rude staff no room service please check after 12am no room service till 6 pm every time
don't give u water glasses and tea refills they say we are not offer room .

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life.
Pathetic service
Worst housekeeping
Dirty bedsheets and towels
No manager
Zero facilities
Rude staff.. All guests were unhappy.
No breakfast on time. Just 3 items for breakfast. Broken plates and cups. Dirty water in washroom. Used toiletries.

कमरे म सीलन की बदबू ,बेडशीट मैली,स्टाफ की कमी,बाथरूम में पानी नही था और बाथरूम क्लब रूम में नहाने की नल सिर्फ बाथटब में थी अलग से कोई व्यवस्था नही थी,,,, लोकेशन अच्छा था सिर्फ
