We stayed in Valley facing Suite Room. The room was very spacious, bathroom very large and nice view from Balcony. Breakfast was nice but Al carte dinner was not tasty. Service was good but very Slow therefore giving one less star. Terrace sitting is nice and quite and have a nice view.
We didn't know that they have rooms there and would prefer to stay in terrace rooms for sure.
Good front desk and room service. Big rooms and nice balcony view

The Biggest Problem is they dont serve food after 9.30 am which is stupid We reached late night obviously we woke up late and just ordered tea and butter toast @ 10am they straight refused Also when u order the food comes after ages We stayed there for 3 days nobody even once came to clean the room even though we requested 10 times Location is good, Property is okay and sevices are bad

worst experience. let me start.
no room service after 930 AM in the morning till afternoon. imagine you wake up and ask for a tea and you get a big NO.
rooms are not spacious.
they don't clean your room even if you ask them multiple times.
electricity issue - no electricity most of the times and they don't start the generator as well.
instead of paying this heavy amount in this hotel. I recommend to stay in other properties, atleast you will get proper service.

Hotel is very nice and at main city. Bus stand nearby. Hospitality of the staff specially Mr. Lawrence is very nice. Food also good in taste, but very less options in breakfast...overall good experience living here.

The floor is of tiles and not wood, so cold. Also it's not actually a suit but rather a room. View is good from balcony.Cons: room is not sound proof so u can hear a lot of noises from adjacent rooms.Food is damn expensiveRoom heater available on extra paymentCan return on foot from MG marg but cant walk while going as it is very steep road.Its a 3* property and not 4*!

one of the best hotels in gangtok. bathroom , room , all the amenities, quantity of food ordered everything was just perfect. near palzor stadium so finding the hotel was easy too

Very bad experience. Booked suite room but service of the hotel is very bad. Door lock problem then no exhaust fan in bathroom. Bathroom window doesn't have the supporting things to keep the window open. Restuarant services are also very bad. Nothing in this hotel are systematic.
