Hotel is in good location and stuff behavior is very polite, but one has to climb 6 th floor though stair case which is not possible for elderly people. Also there was issue with running hot water day 2 onwards which has been reported but no action taken.

The stay at the hotel was the best in terms of the location and its proximity to the renowned places over there. The rooms were cozy and spacious with heaters provided to make the stay more comfortable in the extreme cold conditions outside.

Rooms are damp,cleanliness is not at all good,old things .Very bad experience.Dont stay here .Only location is near to Mall road.
