Very sad. No Staff, No Room service, Not at all good experience,Breakfast was not provided even though we paid. I lost trust on Goibibo because of Hotel Dew Pond.

one of the worst hotel I have ever visited.Also I am thinking about that the worst hotel in Gangtok also.1. If anyone visit there very much careful about their own fooding. they don't have in-house kitchen.they ask to provide me morning tea which they carry outside from hotel and they want to charge it for only 100/- rs.2. they provide you some smelling rooms and feeling like you are staying in a haunted place. some night bulb are there not a proper tubelight.3. they didn't provide the morning t ...more

It is located near Paljor football stadium, therefore going to MG Market uphill requires some heavy breathing energy. Hotel is nice and clean, big spacious rooms, filtered water.

As per non ac room is good.
but location from MG road around 1km but not good for walk.
you should take taxi (20 rupees/per person) to MG road

It is located slightly downhill next to football stadium therefore going to MG Market is difficult for non hilly people. Hotel is nice and clean with polite and friendly staff. Rooms are big in size. No AC.
Difficulty in walking uphill towards MG Market. No AC in rooms.

The attendant were really helpful and sweet to us and helped us in getting the trip planned but took some commission. Room had everything but no view from the room.
