This hotel runied my trip.
This located inside from the road and to reach the hotel you have to climb the dirty stairs and narrow smelling pathway.
here are some cons. one should know.
1. Room service is pathatic there are only 2 person staff to handle the reception service and Room Service.
2. Dont book back side room those rooms very suffocating. [room no. 103, 203, 303,403]
3.Dinner timing is up 9PM only,if you rech late,then you have to sleep hungry as outside food is not allowed.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff's behaviour is also commendable. Just be a little more courageous in your food service. The hotel is a safe, enjoyable stay for families, couples, and single occupants.

Went with parents and family. It was a great stay, 5mins walk from Mall road. Front rooms are comfortable, cozy and well maintained. The view from the rooms are awesome from 4th floor. Also the behaviour in the hotel are so polite, they go beyond their roles to help the guests. It was a very amicable environment with great stay. Only caveat is it does not have lift but excellent for young visitors. Highly recommend!

hotel staff & manager were not cordial. they were not cooperative. even they denied to provide an additional tea kit at evening. blanket condition was poor. 2 bulbs were not glowing making the room dark. services were delayed

one of the best hotel's for staying in Darjeeling..mall road from hotel 100 -200mtr..hotel location also good beside of clock tower..
best thing is cleaning,staff behaviour,food also good.. we loved the service..
