location is good, hotel service, interior, staff behavior horrible. and go ibibo has given 4+ rating certificate, your rating is also horrible. i should get all my money refund, if u people are genuine.

*Disappointing Experience*I recently stayed at this hotel, . Unfortunately, the staff and service were subpar.*Issues:*1. *Check-in hassle*: They initially denied my booking, then made me wait for 30 minutes to confirm.2. *Unhygienic conditions*: Staff chewed gutka and spat in the basin near the water filter. The bathroom lacked fresheners and had a foul odor.3. *Overpriced transportation*: They quoted ₹6000 for a trip to Tsomgo, while we later arranged a vehicle for ₹2500, including the pass.*R ...more

Location is perfect, just on the main heart of the mall road.
But the service was very poor. We received meals about 60-90 minutes after the time which was mentioned before ordering. Even a coffee was delivered after 1 hour of order placement.
I would advise all to dine out if you are staying here to avoid harassment.
Stay was good, with perfect location. But food service was very poor. Their Chef was completely unprofessional in time management.

The hotel room was not cleaned & it was quite dirty... Not value for money... Only the location was good... Right on MG Marg... That's the only best thing I found about doma residency.

Doom residency is very pathetic, the photos in the website are not matching in reality, tv is not working just for showing off, charging point also not working, this is very worst experience, intercom also not working, service also not good. Strongly Not recommended
