Pathetic behaviour of management. They won't listen you. They won't treat you as a guest, their whole attention is to take out more money from you.

Don't book any trip, transport and also don't ever take any travel packages from Muscatel LLP. They scammed me for 30500, my Sikkim trip was badly spoiled by Muscatel LLP. Book from any other company but not Muscatel.

This property doesn't have any kind of service.. Requested for drinking water to their reception at 11AM.. Finally they served water at 7:42PM. In between we again requested for water to their reception for dinner we called above number at 7PM and requested to take our food order. They replied that they will send someone to take food order. At 7:42PM they are asking to order food from Zomato as food service is not available.We paid for all amenities but hotel stuffs are acting like they are pro ...more
