we booked 2 super deluxe rooms .. one room is good but the other one is very bad. the bathroom is in very bad condition.

very good in location. perfect view of kanjanjangha from the hotel room. the hotel manager is a very nice person and helpful.

so far out of my total numbers of visits @ darjeeling, this is probably the best hotel we have checked in.very convenient location for shopping around, bit distant from mall however manageable.good amenities which you can expect in high altitude like from running water to well cooked foods.... food prices are reasonable.... hotel tarrif is absolutely value for money.good view from the rooms.best part is the management i. e. mr. anirban & miss. preeti, who are nice behaved, very sober, helpful & ...more

this hotel is situated in very good position. all the staffs are very good behaved guy. room and toilet was very clean. resturent was also very good. we are very satisfied to stay here.

hotel room was good and clean. only problem was it is on the third and fourth floor. no lift is available. and 15 min away from mall road.
