good ambiance, excellent food beyond expectations, great location walking distance to railway station . co operative staff, ac was cranky but given coolness.

check in was delayed and the room was not ready for check in even by 3:00pm , hotel was reluctant to provide the Toiletries for all the three guest, cleanliness was not proper

room was spacious but washroom was not good, there is no geyser, hot water comes on specific times, also one day there was no hot water i have to take cold bath which resulted in falling me and my wife sick. hotel not on main road, i got difficulty in finding hotel. even google map got confused finding it. it was in galli. hotel receptionist wasn't helpful showing attitude.
