bed sheet wear, washroom not closed and vt not in working condition, water and tavel not provided by hotel and stap behaviour very bad

easily accessible from town.room was tiny but fit 3 people.. drawback was not having a wardrobe and room needed maintenance. host and family were friendly.

A good budget Hotel. Room was spacious, neat & clean with hygienic washroom. Owner is helpful & polite. Hotel is in front of Khyber hospital and near to Dal gate (some 7-8 minutes walking) From here one can easily access taxi for various tourist places of city & outskirts.

Note- never choose hotel fabulous because they are fraud person. apki booking hone par bi apko check in karne se mana kar dete hai aur CC ki bat bi nahi mante hai. so be alert and don't book this hotel.

One of the worst experience of my lifeI would like to say that this property is not hotel this is residential home and they don't know about hospitalityI don't know how people given this property a good review because after reading their review I booked this property* There is no intercom for services* No one is available to serve* No food available* No Connection on TV* Electricity issues and no backup facilityit's my request to all of you please don't prefer this cheap property and waste your money and timeNo Mirror in room

It's a nice budget hotel few kms away Dal Lake. Nishat Garden. Chashme Shahi. Shalimar Bagh. Tulip Garden. Hazaratbal Shrine. Nagin Lake. Shankracharya Temple.

The stay was good .. The place was litter inner in khayam chowk, but they have boards to direct.. It is ok for solo travelers and with friends.. The place is close to Dal gate.. overall it was a good stay
