it's horrible experience, no seperate staff for kitchen , cleaning and reception . 2 person doing everything and whole hotel looks very dirty and smell very bad

We had a very bad experience with this Hotel. Firstly, we booked 2 Standard Delux Room, but when we saw that it was in very bad condition. Room did not had any ventilation, was smelling so bad due to water damping that we could not even stand inside the room for few mins. There were mosquitoes and flies as the room was dirty. Wonderful experience. I had booked a three bedded deluxe room for the period March 27 to March 31, 2023. Hotel is very clean and the support staff are well behaved and helpful. Hotel is very close to the M.G Marg, only a few minutes walk. They have a in house roof-top restaurant where they serve only the veg food but the food quality is not that great. I would recommend this hotel to others.
