Worst hotel! I travelled with kids and parents to Haridwar. Toilet very dirty, we used public toilet. Geyser, TV and many electrical switches not working. Worst of all, they took extra money saying that we they gave bigger room than what was booked. They charged 3500 for Ganga view rooms, there are many hotels which charges much less with better facilities. I will never recommend anyone for this hotel.

As it was long weekend we end up paying ₹ for this hotel which was super high but we want to stay near har ki paudi and other option weren't available What we enjoyed -Location is excellent if you want to stay at har ki paudi as you hv limited options Food is excellent he had mostly our meals at the hotel Room we stayed was good decent facing Ganga What we didn't enjoyed - Hotel needs renovations specially its lobby and other amenities Toliets was ok type need to be renovated Price charged was high

No food facility available even not tea service.
no mineral water as wrote in booking page.
geyser is not working.
toiletries only towel & small soap very bad experience.
very bad service.... no response from any service even three times follow up.
