Property is Good,nice location,very close to Har ki pauri,Bhahm-Kund,walking distahnce from hotel to e Aarti morning snd evening a big plus,close to famous eateries,good amount of work has been by all in the construction and contributions by all and is visible.and overall a good experience, however need to be maintained well overall. cleanliness in the rooms,bathroom is required. lift was not functional, so last room which we got was on 4th Floor,so close to 76 stairs to walk ,good for health, ...more

Wifi doesn’t work, TV doesn’t work, Lift doesn’t work, Noisy neighborhood. Location is fantastic , staff is kind and helpful, food is pretty decent. Choose this depending on what matters to you the most.

Hotel was nice and at a great location. It's a 5-6mins walk to Har ki Pauri Ghat. They have great Ganga view rooms. The staff were cordial and welcoming, they have parking spaces too. But the hotel needs some more maintenance. There were broken plug points and the washroom was not very clean.

I am a regular visitor to Haridwar. “Ganga Heritage by Howard” is not only the worst hotel I have stayed at in Haridwar but also the worst I have seen anywhere. Not worth even 10% of its price. A glaring example of a hotel that runs its business by giving false information to customers as major deficiencies. There is a lift that does not work. The hotel was very untidy and dusty. The bedsheets were stained and the sofa's too. The food quality too was very poor and u should see there kitchen so so so untidy and unorganised. The only good thing about the hotel is it is close by to har ki pauri . The bathroom was so dirty and stained . They need to work alot on there cleanliness.
