I have booked a super deluxe room which has a mountain view. but after reaching the hotel they said that they can't provide me with that room instead they gave me a back side room with torned towels. The room was not clean, in fact they don't clean everyday as well. very dissatisfied... don't book.

I had stayed at Room no. 401 for 04 persons which was very good stay for us. Hotel was in the centre of gangtok & very near to M. G. Market. Hotel staff & manager were very politely in their work. Hotel fits in paisa wasul theme & served breakfast was very good but dinner was ok. Catering staffs were done their job perfectly.

Rooms are big. Good for families. Excellent location. Just a minute away from MG Road, Denzang Cinema, Taxi stand.

Rooms are Neat & clean... Stayable
Very small Room, No windows and no Fans..(poorly ventilated).... During too cold it's fine..
I'm staying at 19-20 degree temperature so it feels a little hot inside the room...
Bathroom is Good and clean.
