they upgraded the room to deluxe and the food too was awesome. had a very pleasant stay. good hygiene and comfortable rooms with polite staff.

it was a good experience with friendly staff. one thing was that a lot of noise was coming from the staff right outside the room and that seemed a bit unprofessional

room was little suffocating but we manage to tell them to open since it was for our own safety ...we had to sign the consent form in order to do so....dental kits n room slipper wasn't provided..we had to pay for the slipper which in other hotels are free of cost...
