downs:
1. location is very far from m g marg. hired cab charges inr 300 uphill to m g marg. same charge while coming back downhill. for shared taxi, one will have to walk up to district court which is around 1 km from hotel.
2. poor room service. during our 4n stay, toilets were never cleaned. linens were not replaced.
3. food too costly as compared to the quality.
4. a foul smell emanates at the restaurant ground floor, most probably from kitchen waste.
ups:
1. sumptuous buffet breakfast. starts at 7:30.
2. scenic view of the city from the open terrace at top floor.

Very bad management.. charged us with wrong bills . No proper and on time service .. pathetic experience. Breakfast was same all throughout our stay. No hot water in washrooms during the evenings. Wish i could get my money back ... not worth it .

Doesn’t seems like 4star category. Room and bed size are specious. Faced issues with warm water. They have centralised water heater so you’ll not get hot water 24x7. Can’t promise to get warm water all the time during stipulated hrs. We get to see mountain view as mentioned. Staff and service little slow. Location is 25min walking distance from MG road but you’ll get shared cab service

The room was very nice and cleaned...the room services was very quick and the staff was very responsive.
Also the hotel had a nice view.
The restaurant in the hotel was very average.
And to locate the hotel was also very difficult but the staff Ms. Menuka Rai was very helpful to guide the hotel way.
