good hotel, only veg food available here. Total 84 Stairs for reach the hotel. Not Recommend for Old person.

They say they have lift, but to reach the lift you have to climb at least 50+ steps. they gave us under construction room. the staff and manager were nice and co-operative but the hotel is bad.

please refund my moneyNo employee received the call. We got the hotel after 02 hours.After that, we called from outside the hotel for 30 minutes and knocked on the shutter, after which the door was opened.When I told him about my problem, he asked me what can I do and closed the shutter. I had 2 children, my wife and 2 senior citizen women with me. We were very upset and then at 3 in the night we checked into another hotel.Pls take an action against this hotel and please refund my money.

nice hotel and staff behaviour is very good . clean room , bathroom and hotel. room window view is very good. near to mall road .

It was good stay at golden Oren.. super deluxe room... nice view from room and rooftop,but two problem are... 1. total 80 stair to reach hotel ... then lift available..and. 2.not like tv service .. we told them 3-4 times..for tv service.but they said that tv will not recharge..watch mobile.(if they not provide service tv.. then it should be removed... and should not describe in hotel details).but room service was good,staff was very good..... manager was very polite..and food was average... pri ...more

very good hotel kanchanjanga view room is very good ...room service is very good... also staff behavior very good....location good besides clock tower....mall distance 6to8 minit walking distance.....

Dirty Curtains and blankets this is not a super deluxe room very bad experience. If you watching only mountain view from the window then I recommend.

i was stay in super delux room but no amenities were available in the room. tv is not working , ventilation in not there, no proper light arrangement. i feel the room cost should be between 1000 to 1500 only

the hotel staff were very sweet and welcoming, and the location was decent. however, the cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. our sheets, covers, and pillowcases were dirty and had visible stains, which was unacceptable. additionally, the blue ceiling lights were harsh and gave me a headache. improvements in these areas could make the stay much more enjoyable.not coming back !

Pros 1. food very Good 2. staff behaviour good 3. Near Mall Road Cons 1. Not recommended for old aged person. 2. You have to wald a long distance before arriving the hotel. 3. Management not good
