Need pest control as many cockroaches are there in room. Rest find good in terms with room and staff.

Hi Green valley team Guwahati, kindly look in to your hotel, I stayed there from 14/05/25 to 17/05/25 , I reached the hotel quite early around 4:30 in the morning, they can't give me early check in facility coz there was no vacant room, but still the person in charge gave me one, the room size is good but it's full of cockroach , it's roaming everywhere on top of your bed, price for the foods are very high, I forgot to click pictures, on the last day I asked for a tea in morning and took mote than half an hour, if this is your service then I am sorry you should close your hotel.

rooms are smelly and full of cockroaches. we couldn’t even spend 5min inside the room due to bad smell. they are managing it by room spray. patchetic experience.
when we asked them to change the room, they simply said rooms are not available.

Nice property at Ulubari. Near Paltan bazar.
Spacious Room. Ac is good. Service is good. Tv, mini fridge, telephone, Ac etc all are working.
Overall clean but Bed cover Linen etc must be more clean. Food price is higher. Overall good and recommended.

The hotel is in a prime location. You can access all the routes. Booked a family room for one night. My honest review is here:
Pros:
1) Rooms are good and four people can easily sleep in a family room. Room has small living area with sofa sets and tv, that is cute.
2) Bathroom is neat and clean with free enough toiletries, toothpaste is missing, anyways that is not an issue.
3) The staff are polite and address the issue in no time. Front desk is helpful. Mr. Akash in the front desk helps for eve ...more

Worst Hotel at the price and how they publicize. It is basically a C grade hotel where the hotel management is banana. When you arrive at the reception, you'll understand its standard. Very unprofessional. Better you spend more and get a better hotel than this. Never recommend and never ever going to stay here even if offered for free.
Nothing. Worst hotel. No power back up for lift.
