Absolutely worst experience. When I asked the hotel about a trip to Tsomgo lake and Nathula pass the Manager told someone from the travel desk would call me. A guy called me, absolutely over smart. He took for local sightseeing, He charged for the Nathula trip which is again overpriced. He misbehaved and told us at Nathula gate that he needed more or he will return back. We were held at ransom and so we paid more.

it was a nice and comfortable stay. the staff was very helpful. they arranged all our trips to North Sikkim and Nathula pass. would like to recommend and visit in the future.
